Marelli Interiors’ state-of-the-art plant in Hortolândia is our ninth global production site, expanding our footprint alongside established operations across Asia, Europe and North America.

By integrating extensive R&D, styling, design and production expertise, Marelli Interiors offers turn-key cockpit module assemblies and interior modules, ranging from cross car beams to full cockpits and consoles.

The 5,800 square meter facility in Hortolândia is designed to service up to 180,000 vehicles annually, focusing on the production of high-quality automotive interior components such as body consoles, instrument panels and decorative painted parts, meeting the rigorous standards of Brazilian carmakers.

Equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies, including injection molding, LASER scoring and both automatic and manual painting chambers, the plant also features a cutting-edge assembly line with Poka Yoke systems for precise control and traceability. The quality laboratory utilizes a range of specialized tools to maintain our stringent production standards.
